Return Process

    Log in to your Shelly Europe account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the electronic devices in their original retail boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

    Ship to Our Warehouse

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized European courier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
